I’m John and I provide unique, specialist exercise and weight management programs. They are individually designed for people who need and expect more than normal personal training can provide.

Being healthier, happier and fitter is a top priority for many people and for many different reasons. When you’re searching for support, you generally find that “normal” programs often fall into two categories, they’re either totally confusing, or just plain boring. Whether you can’t understand what your doing or why, no matter how hard you try or you’re just tired of getting the same generic information over and over… and over again. It’s difficult to find something that feels like it fits you.

I’ve made it my mission to change that.

Each of these programs have been designed to specifically address issues that are overlooked or misunderstood by the general fitness industry.

Obesity Recovery

The obesity recovery program is an effective and completely unique way to overcome obesity and long term overweight. If you’ve struggled for a long time and you feel like you’ve tried everything to lose weight, be healthier and happier without any real success, then this is exactly what you need.

Cancer Rehabilitation

A properly designed and supervised movement and nutrition program can make a massive difference to both your recovery and your quality of life before, during and after cancer treatment. As this type of rehabilitation is relatively new, this is one of a very few programs available to the public.

360 Degree Fitness

You work hard, you make your fitness a priority, but you’re missing out on so much. Cardio and resistance training are the norm, but for some people, being on top of the norm isn’t enough. Some people want more. There are so many other factors that you need to master in order to be “Real Fit”.

Not everyone’s needs and goals fit a specific program, I get that completely. So if that’s you, then don’t worry, I can work with you to design a completely unique program to fit your needs and goals exactly.

When you’re not sure you’re ready…

Getting the correct support at the correct time is important. Sometimes you don’t quite feel ready to commit to anything, and that’s OK, it’s perfectly normal to feel like you need to prepare yourself for change.
